DC Technologies Labor Conference 2025
On the morning of May 10, 2025, the DC Technologies Labor Conference 2025 was successfully held with the participation of the Board of Directors, management levels, and all staff and employees at the Ho Chi Minh City office and the Hanoi branch (online).
The conference provided an opportunity for the Leadership and employees to review the past journey, as well as to engage in frank dialogue, share insights, and set development goals for the new phase – with a spirit of responsibility, transparency, and mutual respect.
1. New Collective Labor Agreement – A Commitment from the Leadership to Employees
At the conference, the Collective Labor Agreement for the 2025–2026 period was officially announced and disseminated, marking the consensus between the company and the collective of employees in building a stable, fair, and progressive working environment.
The Leadership affirmed: The agreement is not merely an administrative document, but a commitment to respecting and investing in human resources – the company's most valuable asset.
2. Towards Transparent Governance: Implementing 3P Salary & Improving the KPI System
One of the notable highlights of this year's conference was the plan to implement the 3P salary model (Position – Person – Performance). Simultaneously, the KPI evaluation system has also been updated towards:
- Transparency in criteria, with a clear measurement basis.
- Accurately reflecting work performance, helping each individual see their contribution.
- Encouraging development, rather than solely focusing on supervision.
The improvement of the compensation and benefits model and performance evaluation not only helps the company operate more efficiently but also empowers employees, encouraging each individual to maximize their potential in their role.
3. Listening and Dialogue – The Foundation of Sustainable Development
More than just a platform for disseminating policies, this year's conference dedicated a significant amount of time for employees to frankly express their opinions, aspirations, and constructive feedback.
The Leadership listened to and directly answered questions regarding:
- Salary increase roadmap, training and promotion opportunities.
- Working conditions and benefits in each department.
- Bonus policies and expanded insurance coverage.
The organization of a two-way dialogue space demonstrates DC Technologies' modern management culture – emphasizing understanding and collaboration from both sides.
4. Connecting the Collective
The conference concluded with a friendly gathering held in a warm atmosphere, on the occasion of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Reunification of the country. The event was an opportunity for all staff and employees to look back on a journey of development together, while also looking forward to a new journey with solidarity, confidence, and inspiration.
The DC Technologies Labor Conference 2025 has concluded but opens a new phase: clearer in objectives, deeper in dialogue, and stronger in mutual trust.
