Descriptions:

This is a coupling used to connect the Z-axis motor with the W-axis and the lead screw above it. It serves to transmit motion from the motor below to the lead screw to control the position of the platform and the projector assembly. The central part of the coupling is slotted to eliminate unwanted inertia-induced movement. The coupling is made from stainless steel, which is rust-resistant and significantly increases it's lifespan.
